Please note that the carriageway from the Slade Road Traffic Lights along Weeford Road is closed to the entrance of our Farm Shop & Cafe, whilst the pathway is installed. The diversion takes you down Little Sutton Road then turning left onto Weeford Road with Chase Farm then being on the right hand side. Please still come and visit us and do not let the roadworks put you off!
